No, non è stato risolto, semplicemente ho trovato il più classico dei workaround: creato folder /wp-content/uploads/ da Plesk, chmod -R 777, e adesso va.

E una. Ora devo capire perché l’importazione non legge correttamente il file XML. Importa solo le date dei post, niente titolo, niente post, niente commenti.
